Previous head of DuPont Ellen Kullman appointed CEO of 3D printing specialist
Carbon (Redwood City, California / USA; www.carbon3d.com), a 3D printing technology specialist for polymer products, has appointed Ellen Kullman as its new president and CEO, with immediate effect. Previous CEO and Carbon co-founder Joseph DeSimone has taken over as executive chairman of the board. Kullman remains on Carbon’s board of directors, where she has been a member since 2016.

A former CEO of DuPont (Wilmington, Delaware / USA; www.dupont.com) – see Plasteurope.com of 07.10.2015 – Kullman is to lead the development of short- and long-term strategies for Carbon’s growth, with plans for its digital manufacturing platform to become more widely adopted.
