Insolvency proceedings opened / Buyers said to be lined up
Insolvency proceedings have been opened in Bonn / Germany for Automotive Group ISE Intex (Morsbach / Germany), plastics subsidiary of the also insolvent Innomotive Systems Europe (ISE, Bergneustadt / Germany; www.innomotive.com) – see Plasteurope.com Web of 28.11.2006 and 30.01.2007. A spokesman for the now officially appointed administrator, Christopher Seagon of the Wellensiek law firm (Heidelberg / Germany; www.wellensiek.de), said several potential strategic and private equity buyers have come forward to look at the business. A reorganisation plan is being drawn up.
