Bianor acquisition wrapped up
Rosti (Malmö / Sweden; www.rosti.com) in mid-August finalised its acquisition of injection moulder Bianor (Bialystok / Poland; www.bianor.pl) – see also Plasteurope.com of 10.07.2015. The Swedish group welcomed all the employees of the latter’s two plants in Bialystok / Poland and Ploiesti / Romania, which will now become part of its European division, headed by deputy CEO Barry Coughlan.
When announcing the purchase earlier this year, Rosti said it was in line with its strategic goal of lifting sales to EUR 900m by 2020. Its revenues last year came to EUR 375m (see Plasteurope.com of 24.03.2015).
