Exclusive European distributor for Selenis' speciality copolyesters / Italy and Ireland exempt from agreement
Resinex (Arendonk / Belgium; www.resinex.com) has been appointed the exclusive distributor of Selenis’ (Portalegre / Portugal; www.selenis.com) speciality copolyester grades in Europe, with the exception of Italy and Ireland. The two companies said the deal supports Selenis’ recent expansion efforts, as well as the company’s rebranding of its portfolio (see Plasteurope.com of 26.09.2016).
The Portuguese company in 2014 acquired Artenius Italia, a PET producer formerly part of bankrupt La Seda (see Plasteurope.com of 28.07.2014).
