Marcus Wittmann resigns as head of Window Solutions

Marcus Wittmann, head of the Window Solutions division of German plastics processor Rehau (Rehau; www.rehau.de), left his position in mid-July to pursue a career outside the company. He will be succeeded on a provisional basis by Martin Hitchin, who also serves as sales director Window Solutions in the UK and South Africa.
Wittmann has been with Rehau for a decade, and was also part of the extended executive board, where he represented the interests of the Window Solutions unit. Earlier this month, he was elected the new president of the European PVC Window Profiles and related Building Products Association (EPPA, Brussels / Belgium; www.eppa-profiles.eu) – see Plasteurope.com of 14.07.2016.
