Annual "Plast Eurasia" fair held in Istanbul in December
The 26th edition of "Plast Eurasia" (www.plasteurasia.com) will take place in Istanbul / Turkey from 7-10 December this year. Organiser Tüyap Fairs and Exhibitions (Istanbul; www.tuyap.com.tr) says the fair – which measures about 100,000 m² – is expected to attract about 50,000 visitors. Last year’s edition drew 47,306 visitors from across the world (see Plasteurope.com of 08.01.2016).
The fair has become an increasingly important plastics industry event, and its international profile has also risen over the years. Plast Eurasia is co-organised by Turkey’s plastics association Pagev (Istanbul; www.pagev.org.tr).
