Moscow's "Interplastica" and "Upakovka / Upak Italia" get underway in January / "Meeting Point Raw Materials" once again on exhibition agenda
Info: PIE's Russian cooperation partner is Plastinfo, which is responsible for the Raw Materials seminars. Plastiks Magazine is organising the Specplast + RePlast conference on 29 January. We regret any potential confusion.
Nearly & 1,000 exhibitors are scheduled for the upcoming plastics and rubber as well as packaging and process engineering exhibitions, “Interplastica” (www.interplastica.de) and “Upakovka / Upak Italia” (www.upakovka-upakitalia.de), in Moscow / Russia from 28-30 January. The twin events – which drew more than 20,000 visitors in 2013 – see Plasteurope.com of 19.02.2013 – have been given about 17,000 m² in exhibition space, necessitating additional halls, says Germany's Messe Düsseldorf (www.messe-duesseldorf.de), which is responsible for organising the events along with its subsidiary, Messe Düsseldorf Moscow. The added space is for both plastics and rubber machinery as well as raw materials.09.01.2014 11:13:22
The current list of exhibitors for the 17th edition of the annual international event represent more than 25 countries, Messe Düsseldorf says. In addition to host country Russia, the organisers say strong contingents are coming from Germany, Italy, France, Austria, Turkey, Poland and China.
Plastiks Magazine (www.plastics.ru) will be hosting the one-day "SpecPlast + Replast" conference on 29 January, focusing on specialty plastics processing and production from both virgin and recycled materials.
Once again, Plasteurope.com's Russian cooperation partner, Plastinfo (www.plastinfo.com) is organising "Meeting Point Raw Materials". The three-day event – 28-30 January – is essentially a series of seminars for companies to present innovative developments in raw material production and application.
Held simultaneously, the Upakovka / Upak Italia fair focuses on the packaging market and includes a special show, "Future Forum – Trends for the Russian Market". A number of exhibitors are expected to showcase their latest innovations.
