CEO Stephen Hagge to retire by year's end / Search for successor underway
After more than three decades at the company, AptarGroup (Crystal Lake, Illinois / USA; www.aptar.com) CEO Stephen Hagge is due to retire at the end of this year. The group’s board of directors said it is already evaluating both internal and external candidates, and once this process is completed, will name a successor. Hagge, under whose leadership the company acquired French injectable drug delivery specialist Stelmi (see Plasteurope.com of 04.06.2012) and German airless dispensers specialist Mega Airless (see Plasteurope.com of 04.02.2016), will remain a director at the US dispensing systems manufacturer.
