The motto, “Redesigning plastics. For good” aims to emphasise the focus on more sustainable products, underscored by the expansion of PVC recyclate capacity at what was once Ereplast, now Benvic Recycling. In response to a Plasteurope.com query, a company spokesperson said plans are to double the current output of 3,500 t/y at Porcieu-Amblagnieu, France, by the end of the year. The company did not disclose the amount it plans to invest.
Benvic operates eight production plants – six in Europe and two in the US – with a total staff of 630. It reported turnover of around EUR 500 mn in 2022.
