Automotive supplier plans to close plant in Germany
The plant of automotive supplier BOS Plastics Systems in Brotterode-Trusetal, Germany, is on the brink of closure. As parent company BOS (Ostfildern, Germany; www.bos.de/en) told Plasteurope.com, the site’s activities are to be relocated to other locations and external suppliers in the course of 2025. According to the company, around 80 employees will be affected by the closure. BOS cites “developments in the global automotive market” as the reason for the decision.
