Italian film manufacturer to install new coextrusion facility / Recyclable food packaging
Industria Termoplastica Pavese (ITP; Bosnasco, Italy; www.itp.company) has invested an undisclosed sum in a new monofilm coextrusion plant. The recyclable films, which ITP is also printing inhouse, are intended primarily for food-packaging applications.

The plastics processing company, which was founded by Nicola Centonze in 1972 and is currently run by his children Massimo Centonze and Paola Centonze, has film capacities totalling 41,000 t/y including the current investment. With more than 250 employees, it most recently generated sales of some EUR 120 mn.
