“Within the next two years we want to become the market leader for engineering plastics in Italy,” Febo managing director Carlo Monti was quoted as saying. Founded in 1958, Febo has an Italy-wide distribution network, for example for materials from Versalis, LyondellBasell, and Kem One. Group-wide, Febo has an annual turnover of about EUR 300 mn, of which about EUR 50 mn has so far come from engineering thermoplastics.
