Agreement to distribute Lavergne's recycled resins in North America
US thermoplastics supplier M. Holland (Northbrook, Illinois; www.mholland.com) has agreed to distribute recycled resins produced by Canadian custom compounding firm Lavergne (Montreal, Quebec; www.lavergne.ca).
Samantha Stone, global sourcing leader, sustainability at M. Holland, said consumption of post-consumer recycled (PCR) resins has accelerated in recent years and the partnership with Lavergne will help meet demand from customers in North America, where there is currently no viable solution.
