Germany’s Graf (Teningen; www.graf-online.de) said it has acquired a majority stake in RBB (Elange, Luxembourg; www.biorock.com) for an undisclosed sum, with the entire RBB workforce of more than 100 employees to be integrated in the group as part of a strategic partnership.
The German company is a specialist for tanks and filtration systems for rain and wastewater, and the move is expected to boost its expertise in rotomoulding and wastewater treatment.
RBB Group manufactures small-scale Biorock and Biorotor wastewater treatment plants as well as other rotomoulded products such as Rotomade in HDPE. With production plants in Luxembourg and France, the group markets its products through joint ventures worldwide.
