With the acquisition, for which no financial details were disclosed, the German company is expanding the presence of Büfa Composite Systems both in Austria and in Eastern Europe.
The trading company JKS, founded in 1837, distributes products that include reinforcements, release agents and lubricants, resins and processing equipment, and core materials for the composites sector. A second business with materials for the construction industry is not part of the transaction.
