Kathryn Mikells to replace Andrew Swiger as senior VP

After more than 43 years with US oil company ExxonMobil (Houston, Texas; www.exxonmobil.com), Andrew Swiger is retiring from the post of senior vice-president. His successor, as senior VP and chief financial officer, is to be Kathryn Mikells, who is set to take office on 1 September 2021.
Mikells was most recently the CFO at global beverage company Diageo, a position she’s held since 2015. Previously, she worked at United Airlines and Xerox, and according to her LinkedIn profile, this will be her sixth CFO slot.
Outgoing senior VP Swiger joined ExxonMobil in 1978 as an operations engineer. He had been CFO since 2013.
