The next edition of the Italian trade fair “Plast” (www.plastonline.org) is now set to take place in Milan from 22-25 June 2021 as opposed to the previously announced dates of 4-7 May 2021 (see Plasteurope.com of 07.07.2020). Plast is organised by the Italian plastics machinery industry association Amaplast (Milan; www.amaplast.org). More details about the content of the show have not yet been made available.

The decision to reschedule the fair, according to organisers, was taken to protect the safety of everyone involved by keeping the event distant from any pandemic-related critical situations in the winter or early spring.

In 2018, the triennial Italian plastics trade fair took place concurrently with the Italian packaging trade fair “Ipack-Ima”, the “Meat-Tech” fair for food processing, and the printing trade events “Print4All” and “Intralogistica Italia” (see Plasteurope.com of 30.05.2018).
