DSM’s (Heerlen / The Netherlands; www.dsm.com) supervisory board has announced that CEO Feike Sijbesma will hand over his responsibilities to managing board members Geraldine Matchett and Dimitri de Vreeze as co-CEOs on 15 February 2020. Sijbesma will remain employed until 1 May 2020 to ensure a smooth transition during this time. He has been CEO for nearly 13 years and a member of the managing board for 20 years.

Along with their co-CEO roles, the two will retain their current responsibilities – Matchett as CFO and de Vreeze as COO.
