Evidently in response to weak sales and results in its industrial business, plastics processor Rehau (Rehau / Germany; www.rehau.com) has drawn consequences in terms of personnel. At of the start of 2020, Jürgen Werner, head of the company’s Furniture Solutions business (profiles, edges, door systems) will also assume responsibility for the Industrial Solutions division, replacing Eckhard Kraft. “Particular attention is to be paid to structure and costs,” Rehau said. No further details were given.

There are also changes in two finance posts. On 1 December 2019, Harald Vogelsang joined the company as CFO of the group, succeeding the departing Kurt Plattner. In 2020, Martin Zwyssig is moving from Swiss automotive supplier Autoneum to become CFO at financial holding Rehau Verwaltungszentrale. Zwyssig is expected to start on 1 April 2020, but this date has yet to be confirmed.
