Suresh Swaminathan takes over global compounding business responsibilities

Teknor Apex (Pawtucket, Rhode Island / USA; www.teknorapex.com) has appointed Suresh Swaminathan, executive vice president of TPE and colour masterbatches, as president. He succeeds William Murray, who is retiring after 41 years with the compounding company.
Swaminathan previously supervised operations in Europe and Asia and will now be responsible for the company’s global compounding business that includes 13 plants for PVC compounds, TPE, polyamides and colour masterbatches. CEO Jonathan Fain says under the new president, Teknor Apex is expected to further innovation, global growth and regional services.
