Packaging and label manufacturer CPC Packaging (Montreuil / France; www.cpcpackaging.com) has acquired Fina Flexible Packaging (Paterna / Spain; www.fina.es) for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition increases CPC’s production capacity, in particular for wider rotogravure and flexography, reports consulting firm Livingstone Partners (Düsseldorf / Germany; www.livingstonepartners.com), which was an advisor in the transaction. The purchase also expands the French company’s geographical presence.

The French manufacturer produces printed boxes, labels and flexible plastic packaging for the food and hygiene industries. It is expecting sales of around EUR 160m for the current year.
