Acquisition of Russian packaging manufacturer TT-print completed

At the start of 2019, packaging manufacturer Constantia Flexibles (Vienna / Austria; www.cflex.com) signed an acquisition agreement for pharmaceutical and food packaging manufacturer TT-print (Voskresensk / Russia) – see Plasteurope.com of 23.01.2019. Instead of in the first quarter as planned, the acquisition was completed in Q3.
TT-print’s facility in Voskresensk is now being operated under the name Constantia TT. Its portfolio includes printed blister films and bags for the pharmaceutical sector and packaging for the food and dairy industry. Cleanroom facilities (class D at the EU level) were recently added at this site. TT-print supplies customers in Russia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan with its products.
Constantia Flexibles also operates one facility in Timashevsk / Russia at the foot of the Caucasus mountains.
