Shruti Singhal will be DSM's next president of engineering plastics

With effect from 1 October 2019, DSM (Heerlen / The Netherlands; www.dsm.com) has appointed Shruti Singhal as the new president of Engineering Plastics. He will succeed Roeland Polet, who is to retire in mid-2020.
Shruti joined DSM in 2018 as managing director of the group’s powder coatings and CMO at DSM Resins and Functional Materials. Previously, he served as senior VP and president EMEA at General Cable. His career also includes positions at Henkel, Cognis, Rohm & Haas, Dow Chemical, Ashland and Solenis.
