Investment in a third blown film line in the US
US protective packaging manufacturer Pregis (Deerfield, Illinois; www.pregis.com) is building a third multilayer blown film line from Windmöller & Hölscher (W&H, Lengerich / Germany; www.wuh-group.com) at its US site in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with an investment of USD 6m (EUR 5.4m). With the additional line, the company wants to meet the growing demand for flexible packaging, e-commerce protective material and surface protection films.
