New executive leadership team for automotive supplier / David Pascoe appointed CTO

International Automotive Components (IAC, Luxembourg; www.iacgroup.com) has made some changes to its leadership. David Pascoe has been appointed to the newly created position of chief technology officer, designed to expand the company's technology portfolio and global product strategy. Pascoe was previously VP of engineering, research and development at Magna International. Kelly Bysouth has recently joined IAC as chief supply chain officer. She was formerly at Adient as VP of global procurement and supply chain.
Additionally, David Prystash has replaced former CFO Dennis Richardville, who was with IAC for 16 years. Prystash comes from General Motors (GM), where he was VP and CFO of global product development, purchasing and supply chain. Iwona Villaire has been appointed as IAC's executive VP, general counsel and corporate secretary. She is responsible for overseeing the legal affairs of the company on a global basis. "These organisational changes will add additional expertise and depth to our leadership team that will strengthen the company’s ability to adapt to market changes, more rapidly achieve our strategic objectives and capitalise on growth opportunities," said CEO Manfred Gingl.
IAC manufactures instrument panels, console systems, door panels, headliners and overhead systems for carmakers. The group has more than 50 manufacturing facilities in 16 countries and generated sales of USD 4.4 bn in 2017.
