Ilham Kadri to become CEO in 2019

Ilham Kadri has been appointed as the new CEO of Solvay (Brussels / Belgium; www.solvay.com). After joining Solvay on 1 January 2019 and transitioning for two months with CEO Jean-Pierre Clamadieu, she will take over leadership on 1 March 2019.
Since 2013, Kadri is the CEO and president at US hygiene technology and services company Diversey (Charlotte, North Carolina; www.diversey.com). She has worked at companies including Shell, UCB-Cytec, Huntsman and Dow Chemical across the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
