After Coveris (Chicago, Illinois / USA; www.coveris.com) has finalised the sale of its rigid packaging division to US private equity firm Lindsay Goldberg (New York, New York; www.lindsaygoldbergllc.com), the business will be rebranded Paccor – see Plasteurope.com of 02.08.2018. In the coming weeks, all legal entities of the company will be rebranded, and the transaction then finalised.

Coveris Rigid formerly used the brand name Paccor between 2011 and 2013 before the rigid packaging manufacturer was merged with other packaging producers to form Coveris – see Plasteurope.com of 21.11.2013. Paccor currently generates annual sales of around EUR 590m, and employs 3,500 people in 19 production units.
