Dimitri Panayotopoulos appointed interim CEO and chairman at US packaging group
With effect from 11 September 2017, Dimitri Panayotopoulos has been appointed interim CEO and chairman of packaging group Coveris (Chicago, Illinois / USA; www.coveris.com). Panayotopoulos takes over from Dave Mezzanotte, who is retiring after being interim CEO since January 2017. At that time, Gary Masse unexpectedly stepped down as CEO – see Plasteurope.com of 31.01.2017. Panayotopoulos has 37 years of experience at Procter & Gamble, where he led several businesses and most recently served as vice chairman.
