Acquisition of German PU foams manufacturer Otto Bock Kunststoff complete
Swiss holding company Conzzeta (Zurich; www.conzzeta.ch) has announced the completion of its acquisition of Otto Bock Kunststoff (Duderstadt / Germany; www.ottobock-kunststoff.de) – see Plasteurope.com of 24.07.2017. Conzzeta assumed full control on 1 September 2017 and says the acquisition complements the business of its subsidiary FoamPartner (Wolfhausen / Switzerland; www.foampartner.com), and creates growth opportunities especially in Asia and North America. The Technogel and matrazzo businesses are not part of the transaction and remain with the Ottobock Group (Duderstadt; www.ottobock.de).
