Acquisition of Koda Distribution Group is completed
Speciality chemicals distributor Azelis (Antwerp / Belgium; www.azelis.com) has completed its acquisition of Koda Distribution Group (KDG, Sanford, Florida / USA; www.azelisamericas.com). The deal was first announced in October 2015 – see Plasteurope.com of 27.10.2015.
KDG has become Azelis Americas and is led by CEO and president Frank Bergonzi, who is also a member of the Azelis Board of Directors. Azelis Americas will continue to operate in the USA and Canada using its existing business model with its local brands maintained and co-branded with the Azelis visual identity.
