PlasticsEurope appoints Javier Constante and Daniele Ferrari as vice presidents

Plastics producers association PlasticsEurope (Brussels / Belgium; www.plasticseurope.org) has appointed two new vice presidents, who will serve alongside association president Patrick Thomas, the CEO of Covestro. They are Javier Constante, the EMEA commercial vice president for Dow’s Packaging and Speciality Plastics business, as well as Daniele Ferrari, CEO of Versalis and chairman of the company’s Matrica joint venture with Novamont.
Both men are highly accomplished. Aside from their main functions, they are also engaged in a number of other activities. Constante, for instance, serves on the boards of Equate/TKOC and EMC Equate Marketing Company, and also is a member of PlasticsEurope’s steering board. Aside from serving as president of PlasticsEurope Italy, Ferrari also acts as vice president of Federchimica and serves as a board member for Cefic.
