Expansion of US operations with two IBC acquisitions
Industrial packaging company Mauser Group (Brühl / Germany; www.mausergroup.com) has expanded its US operations by acquiring intermediate bulk container (IBC) manufacturer IBC North America (www.ibcna.com) and IBC reconditioning company Clean Tide Container (www.cleantidecontainer.com). IBC North America operates three manufacturing and five reconditioning facilities across the USA.
The acquisitions will allow Mauser and its reconditioning subsidiary NCG to better serve their customers in North America, particularly in the agricultural-chemicals industry, Mauser said.
