During its general assembly meeting in May, the International Confederation of Plastics Packaging Manufacturers (ICPP; www.icpp.org) unanimously elected Jerry Geyer of Greif (Delaware, Ohio / USA; www.greif.com) as its new president. He will serve a four-year term and succeeds Benoît Cheval of Sotralentz Packaging (Drulingen / France; www.sotralentz.com).
The assembly confirmed Chris Lind of Mauser Corporation (Houston, Texas / USA; www.mausergroup.com) and Dave Tatz of Megapack (Centurion / South Africa; www.megapack.co.za) as vice presidents for another four years.
