Hexagon Composites appoints new acting CEO
The board of directors of Norwegian company Hexagon Composites ASA (Ålesund; www.hexagon.no) appointed its senior vice president Tore Fjell as acting CEO. The temporary appointment, which came into effect on 1 January 2013, comes as a result of Erik Espeset resigning from the position of CEO at the end of 2012 – see Plasteurope.com of 11.09.2012.
Fjell will assume the responsibilities until a new CEO is appointed and will then return to his position as senior vice president overseeing M&A processes and the business unit for high-pressure containers.
