BPF “Replast 2012” seminar on UK recycling targets
The new UK recycling targets, as part of which the government in December last year undertook to raise the country’s recycling levels from the current 24% to 42% by 2017 (see Plasteurope.com of 24.09.2012), will be the key topic at the upcoming “Replast 2012: Achieving the plastics recycling targets” seminar organised by the British Plastics Federation (BPF, London / UK; www.bpf.co.uk). Held on 11 October 2012 in London, the event will not only examine the targets but also give attendees the opportunity to discuss key issues.
A range of speakers from the public and private sector will give presentations on topics ranging from how to achieve the targets, to legislation, plastics recycling technology and plastic films, among others.
