KraussMaffei appoints new president of the Injection Moulding Machinery business

German machinery maker KraussMaffei (KM, Munich; www.kraussmaffei.com) has appointed Hans Ulrich Golz as president of the group-wide Injection Molding Machiney segment. Bernhard Merki, CEO of Netstal Maschinen (Näfels / Switzerland; www.netstal.com), has decided to step down from his position and leave the company.
Karlheinz Bourdon and Frank Peters, who had to date been responsible for KM's Injection Molding and Reaction Process Machinery segments, will take up new posts as part of the reorganisation measures: Bourdon will take up the post of vice president technologies with responsibility for the injection moulding activities in research and development. As vice president sales KM, Peters will have sole responsibility for sales of injection molding machinery bearing the KM brand.

As successor to Frank Peters, Nicolas Beyl will manage the Reaction Process Machinery segment of KM in the future. Succession arrangements in respect of Hans Ulrich Golz as managing director of KM Berstorff (Hannover / Germany; www.berstorff.com) and president of the Extrusion Technology segment are currently being made.
