Follow-up: Acquisition of ColorMatrix completed
US compounder and distributor PolyOne (Cleveland, Ohio; www.polyone.com) has completed the acquisition of liquid colourant, additive and fluoropolymer producer ColorMatrix (Berea, Ohio / USA; www.colormatrix.com). The USD 486m deal was initially announced in October 2011 – see Plasteurope.com of 06.10.2011.
