Profine CEO Maltzan to step down

On 15 August 2011 Marco Freiherr von Maltzan will lay down his responsibilities as CEO of profile manufacturer Profine Group (Pirmasens / Germany; www.profine-group.de). Originally, his contract had been fixed until the end of June, but the supervisory board had asked him to stay on until August. According to a company press release, Maltzan “will leave the company by amicable and mutual consent.” A successor is expected to be announced soon, a company spokesperson told Plasteurope.com, adding that the relevant negotiations were already at an advanced stage.
