INEOS FILMS
Operating as Bilcare Research from 1 December
Following Indian packaging manufacturer Bilcare’s (Pune; www.bilcare.com) takeover of Ineos Films (Staufen / Germany) earlier this year – see Plasteurope.com of 16.09.2010 – the latter will operate under the new name Bilcare Research as of 1 December. The move is supposed to underline the strategic importance of the film business within the Bilcare group, the Indian company said. The unit also is scheduled to be expanded.
