Effective immediately, CFP Flexible Packaging (Cesano Maderno / Italy; www.cfp-flex.it) will become the new exclusive distribution partner for Honeywell’s (Morris Township, New Jersey / USA; www.honeywell.com) “Capran” films in Europe. CFP has more than 35 years of experience in the manufacture of biaxial stretched and multilayered polyamide-based (BOPA) cast film. Under the new agreement, it will distribute Honeywell’s Capran 1200, 1500, 1500M, 2500 and 2500M special films in Europe, as well as the Middle East and Africa. The films are manufactured in Pottsville, Pennsylvania / USA.

Key attributes of BOPA films include rigidity, load, purity and especially oxygen-resistance. They are used as packaging for foodstuffs, book bindings, balloons, as well as bags and pouches.
