New multiwall extrusion line in Czech Republic
Sheet manufacturer Arla Plast (Borensberg / Sweden; www.arlaplast.se) is investing in a new multiwall extrusion line in Kadan / Czech Republic. Leif Nilsson, Arla Plast’s managing director said that, in addition to adding capacity and strengthening the company’s position in the European market, the new line will increase speed, flexibility, service and quality for customers. As a result of the installation, a product manager and process technician have been added to personnel at Kadan. Production is expected to begin in the early part of 2008.
