Huntsman (Salt Lake City, Utah / USA; www.huntsman.com) and leading Russian polyurethanes supplier NMG (Obninsk) have established a Russia-based joint venture, Huntsman NMG, to manufacture and sell polyurethane systems to the adhesives, coatings, elastomers and insulation markets in Russia and other areas in the former Soviet Union.

The jv will be based at NMG´s existing headquarters in Obninsk, near Moscow, and will be managed by NMG CEO and founder Sergey Ovcharov. Huntsman NMG has over 200 employees, with manufacturing and distribution facilities in Obninsk and a network of branch offices across the region, including Belarus and the Ukraine.
