Takeover of Polish rival 4 You Sigal
RPC Bebo Polska (Poznan / Poland) will be able to extend its offerings for MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging), thanks to the acquisition of Polish rival 4 You Sigal (Baranowo). 4 You Sigal supplies mainly thermoformed cups and trays to manufacturers of confectionery and fresh food. The company will be integrated into RPC´s activities in Poznan. RPC Bebo Polska is part of the Bebo segment of plastics packaging group RPC (Higham Ferrers; www.rpc-group.com) that oversees the group´s thermoforming activities.
