Skoplast now Johns Manville Slovakia
Johns Manville Slovakia is the new name for Skoplast, Trnava / Slovakia, the producer of glass roving, chopped strand mats and glass fibres for composites acquired by the US-based Johns Manville group, (JM, Denver, Colorado; www.jm.com), in February 2001. JM is one of the leading producers of building and speciality products. The former Skoplast is part of its Engineered Products division, which manufactures glass fibre, glass fibre nonwovens, polyester spunbond and meltblown products.
