Keter Plastics acquires Allibert group
Israeli manufacturer of plastic household products Keter Plastics (www.keter.co.il), Herzliya, acquired French sanitary accessories producer Allibert (www.allibert.fr), Voreppe, in December 2003 for EUR 70m, including debt of EUR 50m.
