IBS Brocke acquired by ISE
Insolvent German automotive supplier IBS Brocke (D-51597 Morsbach-Lichtenberg; www.ibs-brocke.de) is being acquired by Innomotive Systems Europe (ISE, D-51702 Bergneustadt; www.innomotive.com) and will trade in future as ISE Intex. ISE is believed to have agreed to preserve 1,200 jobs at its new subsidiary up to 2011 in exchange for longer working hours. The Bergneustadt company has been active up to now in chassis and steel automotive applications while IBS Brocke has concentrated on compression and injection moulded plastic components.
