Zeca started its own injection moulding production two years ago. Until then, the Italian company had purchased the components for their end products, and only assembled and customised them. By building up its own injection moulding capacities, the company hopes to achieve greater flexibility in production and improved component quality. Polypropylene is the main material processed. Zeca did not provide any information on the total investment amount or the projected processing capacity. According to reports from the market, the company also intends to utilise part of its capacity through contract injection moulding orders.
