Acquisition of Dynisco Extrusion
Screw manufacturer Xaloy (Sea Brook, New Hampshire / USA; www.xaloy.com) has acquired US peripherals producer Dynisco Extrusion (Europe: Dynisco Europe, Heilbronn / Germany; www.dynisco.com) for an undisclosed sum. Included in the business are the production, laboratory and spare parts businesses in Germany and the US, as well as a sales office at Milan / Italy. Xaloy said it plans to relocate the parts of the company currently at Dynisco´s site at Heilbronn to a nearby location in Germany before the end of the year. However, there are no plans to reduce the workforce.
