WITTMANN
French operations under one roof / Expansion possibilities
The French businesses of Wittmann Group (Vienna / Austria; www.wittmann-robot.at), which manufactures a full range of peripherals for the plastics industry, are now operating from a single site. The group has amalgamated its activities formerly based at Oyonnax dans l’Ain (granulator production) and St. Claude (injection moulding tool manufacture) in one new building in Chassal. The move is part of the integration of French mould maker Paul Regad acquired in 2006. Wittmann acquired a site of around 14,000 m² to build the 3,600 m² complex – with expansion possibilities for a further 1,000 m².
