German compounder and distributor Wela-Colours (Goldenstedt; www.wela-colours.de) – part of Wela-Plast (Goldenstedt; www.wela-plast.de) – in April started distributing masterbatches and additives produced by India’s Prayag Polytech (New Delhi; www.prayagmb.com) across a select number of European countries. The deal includes “Pracal” colour and “Pracol” black and white masterbatches, “Prafil” compounds, “Pradit” additives and foams as well as “Pralit” purgers, all certified to DIN-ISO 9001 (2008). Wela-Colours will handle the marketing in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Holland, Belgium, France, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.
